Remote Customer Experience Associate I Location: Remote – United States Hiring Restrictions: We are not currently hiring in the following locations: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, ME, MA, MS, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, Washington, DC, and Minneapolis, MN. Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday Job Summary: We’re hiring a Remote Customer Experience Associate I in United States to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Proficient in English
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Secure wired high-speed internet connection, including a verified speed test of at 50 Mbps download & 50 Mbp upload; (Wi-Fi not permitted).
- Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
