Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues. This includes assisting the customer's journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education, attending to sales & service needs of customers, approving and processing sales and services applications and transactions in the system, and processing payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
