About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center, healthcare, hospitality, or another high-touch service environment where empathy is essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and empathetic listener
  • Highly accountable, resilient, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance is measured
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
