About The Position

The Customer Experience Agent – Purchases (Sell Agent) delivers website support and coordinates customer vehicle purchases for Driveway.com. The role serves as a website concierge and brand promise expert, helping customers navigate the digital transaction process and coordinating virtual inspections and vehicle pickups from customers’ homes. The position is onsite in Addison, Texas, and pays $22.00 per hour, with an incentive opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and help move the digital transaction process forward.
• Coordinate virtual inspections using the inspection application.
• Coordinate pickup of purchased vehicles from customers’ homes.
• Communicate with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email.
• Maintain an activity log.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
