About The Position

Greenville Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This position is much more than simply answering phones. You will be the first voice our customers hear and often the first face they see when visiting our dealerships. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping people, a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and what we call a "smiling voice." The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position also provides administrative support to multiple departments, including accounting and office administration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, courteously, and efficiently
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every customer
  • Greet showroom and service customers
  • Direct calls and customers to the appropriate department or team member
  • Assist with customer follow-up and communication
  • Support accounting, administrative, and office operations
  • Assist office personnel with various projects and daily tasks
  • Process and organize paperwork accurately
  • Maintain customer records and data entry tasks
  • Assist with scheduling and departmental coordination
  • Help ensure a professional and organized office environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Represent Greenville Automotive Group in a professional and positive manner at all times
