About The Position

The Customer Engagement Specialist is the first impression of our company. They handle both inbound and outbound calls, making sure customers feel heard, supported, and taken care of. This person builds trust quickly, gathers the right information, and schedules appointments in a clear and confident way. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to details, and can juggle tasks in a fast-moving environment. Most importantly, they should genuinely enjoy helping people and be able to represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy on every call.

Requirements

  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and active listening
  • Ability to stay calm, confident, and solution-focused
  • Computer proficiency (CRM systems, Google Suite, basic data entry, excel)

Responsibilities

  • Set appointments for inbound callers and ensure they’re connected with the right team
  • Route warranty claims to the appropriate department
  • Route billing questions and escalations to the correct internal contacts
  • Work incoming leads from the marketing team and convert them into scheduled appointments
  • Provide general customer service support as the role continues to grow and evolve
