As the Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you will ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams from a delivery standpoint. You will partner with sales on new/existing customer opportunities, advise on product capabilities and set up process and provide final solution recommendation. You will also communicate between production and customers and ensure program dates and deliverables are met. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Customer Engagement. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
