Requirements

  • Two or four-year marketing-related degree preferred.
  • Marketing background preferred.
  • Accountability – takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight
  • Building Collaborative Relationships – the ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support
  • Communication - ability to ensure information is passed to others who should be kept informed; ability to express oneself clearly in conversation and interactions with others; ability to express oneself clearly in business writing
  • Initiative – identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires
  • Thoroughness – ensuring work and information is complete and accurate; carefully preparing for meetings and presentations; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage corporate events such as tradeshows, sales meetings, representative training classes, customer visits, etc. to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Lead internal communication and coordination efforts to assist in the achievement of marketing initiatives. Manage marketing and report on marketing budget. Distribute companywide communications on the digital signage monitor system.
  • Support of representative marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to regional trade shows and representative customer events.
  • Investigate market trends and identify trade organizations, publication opportunities with product managers, social media and other methods for Fulton branding. Review vertical market growth opportunities and assist in campaign development and content design.
  • Design and implement Fulton’s social media campaigns based on upcoming events and product launches.
