Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience in one or a mix of the following areas: Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Agile Change, Change Analytics, Design Thinking
Include 2-3 years of experience delivering change in a federal environment
Familiarity with a digital technology platform (e.g. Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.), a Cloud Service Provider (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google), or Cyber Security
Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Support the establishment of a robust customer management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement.
Formalize customer engagement and operating model development/delivery and implementation.
Develop an overarching customer engagement strategy.
Coordinate and develop materials for client outreach.
Establish a communication plan.
Contribute to schedule, risks, quality, and delivery requirements.
Gain a working knowledge of application assessment for cloud migration and modernization readiness in support of our clients' efforts to grow cloud adoption.
