About The Position

Alloy Talent Co. is a Birmingham-based team focused on developing motivated people through hands-on training, mentorship, and performance-driven growth. Our culture is built around accountability, encouragement, and creating opportunities for team members to explore different areas of the business as their skills develop. We are hiring an entry-level Customer Engagement Associate to connect with prospective customers, explain available products and services, and help create a positive experience through face-to-face interaction. As team members gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, responsibilities may expand into recruiting support, onboarding, administrative projects, social media, and other internal initiatives. No previous industry experience is required. New team members receive practical training, ongoing coaching, and support designed to build confidence from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers through professional face-to-face conversations
  • Learn about customer needs and explain available products or services
  • Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
  • Support customer acquisition and daily campaign activity
  • Build positive relationships through reliable communication and follow-up
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and next steps
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing communication, sales, and leadership training
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve customer experiences and results
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, social media, or administrative projects as opportunities become available
  • Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and integrity
