About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Customer Development Representative (CDR) to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through outbound outreach and professional customer communication.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Ability to carry natural conversations and build rapport with customers.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, collections, retail sales, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Interest in growing into a long-term sales career preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and document sales leads for the sales team.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional phone conversations with customers.
  • Gather customer information and accurately record interactions.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain communication pipelines.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support growth initiatives.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and lead generation goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions.
