Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in IT Security, IT Consulting, and systems integration for large Enterprise entities.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least two of the following: Network Security, Network Visibility, Zero Trust Segmentation, Endpoint Security, Threat Management, Cloud Security, or E-mail Security.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) within large-scale environments.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end deployment of TrustSec in complex network topologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor security solutions and platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Current CCIE Security certification or working towards it.
  • Exceptional consulting and executive communication skills to influence senior technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure security delivery environments.
  • Active contribution to the security community, such as thought leadership, white papers, or conference speaking.
  • Strong aptitude for mentoring others and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-assurance security architectures to protect enterprise assets from evolving cyber threats.
  • Implement Cisco ISE and TrustSec to establish robust, scalable identity-based network access control to improve organizational posture.
  • Develop automated security playbooks to streamline incident response and reduce overall operational risk.
  • Guide customer stakeholders through complex technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers to drive technical excellence and improve our collective security delivery velocity.
