About The Position

We are looking for someone whose primary responsibility is contacting customers, following up with internet leads, answering inbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your job is to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and help customers schedule their visit. If you're someone who enjoys staying busy and talking with people all day, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to internet leads and previous customers
  • Answer inbound calls professionally
  • Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Confirm appointments
  • Respond quickly to new leads
  • Update customer information in our CRM
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Meet daily call, contact, and appointment goals
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams
  • Calling new internet leads

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Sending personalized texts and emails
