About The Position

Everest Home Improvement in Springfield, VA is looking for a full-time Customer Concierge to become the trusted connection between our homeowners and project teams. This role is ideal for someone who can turn a stressful home remodeling project into a positive, memorable experience by keeping people informed, building trust, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. The Customer Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey, helping ensure every project runs smoothly and every client feels informed and supported. Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions, schedules, and project updates simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, remodeling, real estate, project coordination, or another client-facing role
• CRM experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their remodeling journey.
• Coordinate communication between customers, project managers, production teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide updates on timelines and appointments.
• Document important project information within CRM systems.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
