About The Position

Under limited supervision, this role prepares and maintains inspection/returned merchandise authorization reports and records. It requires the ability to interpret quality control specifications. The Customer Complaint Coordinator will receive RMA (returned merchandise) product and document customer rejection/complaint on the RMA Traveler. They will maintain detailed paperwork/traceability records for each unit returned, including proper storage. The role ensures product is reworked and re-inspected, maintaining the highest quality standards when rework is possible. This position works with Quality Engineers on TTM responsible escapes to drive corrective and preventive actions on TTM workmanship returns and provides initial disposition on the cause and responsibility of any TTM or supplier escapes. The coordinator will complete and file all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, and perform other assigned duties within the Quality organization.

Requirements

  • High level of interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Reads, writes and understands English language.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Computer skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and weekends as needed based on business demands.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team environment, assist other departments when workloads demand it and effectively work with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 1-25lbs.
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function for this position.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 Year of manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-600 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive RMA (returned merchandise) product in and document customer rejection/complaint on RMA Traveler.
