As a Customer Communications Intern, you will be tasked with supporting communications to SentinelOne customers.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking marketing or communications program with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
  • Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Familiar with Customer Success tools (Salesforce).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to support communications to SentinelOne customers.
  • Develop frameworks for customer list segmentation.
  • Draft systemic communications to support the customer journey
