About The Position
On Demand is a trusted Ohio provider of outpatient counseling and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We support individuals working toward lasting recovery from mental health and substance use disorders. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in administrative, custodial, or property management roles preferred.
- Prior experience with insurance verification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, assist with paperwork and document filing, schedule services and obtain prior authorizations, and manage phone calls, assessments, and client inquiries.
- Advocate for treatment and provide information about our services.
- Properly and accurately document data related to client interactions.
- Perform other clerical duties including inventory and maintenance of supplies, copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing as assigned.
