About The Position

We are looking for multiple part-time Customer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is on-site at our contact center in Wausau, WI. Next training start date: Monday, October 26 Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8am-12:30pm or 4pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday. Scheduling: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. You will set your own availability for scheduling; a minimum of 8 hours of availability to work per week is required. Requirements

Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
Positive attitude
Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
