About The Position

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking motivated client care specialists to join our team at Clermont CDJR. This is a great opportunity to grow with one of the nation’s largest, family-owned automotive groups in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No experience required!

Requirements

  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
  • Automotive experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
  • Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
  • Re-engage missed and no-show customers
  • Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
  • Provide product information and highlight key features
  • Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
