The hours of operations are typically Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible to work up to two days at home per month after 6 months of successful employment. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Description: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting digital banking users. You’ll also assist with payment processing, account maintenance, and administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
