Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High degree of dependability, motivation, flexibility, and ability to take ownership
  • Articulate professionally with clear and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Capacity to navigate, prioritize, and multi-task in stressful situations with ease in a fast-paced priority changing environment
  • Energetic and confident self-starter who works well independently or in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

  • College degree and/or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, AINS, API) preferred
  • Experience in insurance claims or related customer support preferred
