As part of the Tech24 network, the customer service representative is the first point of contact for our customers and a critical part of our service operations team. This role supports technicians, dispatch, and leadership by coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring work orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service experience while helping keep field operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (service industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with service software, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Create, update, and manage service work orders in the system
  • Access and manage vendor portal systems to retrieve service requests, update job statuses, submit required documentation, and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls with technicians and dispatch
  • Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups with customers
  • Process parts orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
  • Maintain organized records and ensure date accuracy
  • Support technicians and internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide solution-oriented customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency
