The Third Estimate is expanding our Customer Care team and specifically seeking experienced professionals who understand the pace and expectations of the exterior home improvement industry. Candidates with knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, or doors — and who are comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls — will excel in this role. Our Customer Care Specialists represent the first interaction with homeowners, and we rely on this team to deliver clarity, confidence, and exceptional customer support. Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience, specifically in high-volume environments
  • Prior customer service experience in exterior home improvement or construction is required
  • Strong communicator with the ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet performance goals
  • High school diploma or GED required
