You will coordinate service needs, guide customers to timely solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Are fluent in both English and French—spoken and written
  • Bring 3–5 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Are comfortable using systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Enjoy solving problems and can escalate issues appropriately
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt quickly to change

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience working in a structured or ISO-regulated environment (preferred)
