Assist in the resolution of escalated customer concerns, ensuring the best resolution for the customer in a timely manner. Partner with leadership on how to best resolve customer questions and concerns, as needed. Analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide said information, and route the request appropriately Based on customer’s order history, suggest related items for purchase and explain product features and benefits that pertain to the customer’s needs Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data Assist with filing claims and tracking shipments for customers Partner with the warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and other internal teams to address customer concerns We offer our team members a great workspace without the stuffy corporate atmosphere.
