About The Position

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced customer care department. This role is a career opportunity where you can make a difference by being the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist guests with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training programs, to not only help you grow in your job but also your career. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Quick learner
  • Willingness to grow and learn
  • Flexibility to shift schedule as needed
  • Ability to adapt and change with the needs of the company
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Upbeat, positive, "smile" on the phone
  • Must have strong computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with guests who reach out with car buying questions
  • Hand off guests to sales specialist at the appropriate time
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and live chat inquiries
  • Help guests find the best vehicle that fits their lifestyle need
  • Follow up with guests that are not ready to purchase currently
  • Participate in team & process development sessions
  • Keep positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and all dealership teammates
  • Utilize internal guest relationship management tool
  • Research to find the best solution for the guest and their needs
  • Use correct grammar when communicating with guest
