About The Position

Crossway is looking for a dedicated Customer Care & Sales Specialist to manage incoming orders through phone, email, and website chats. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include being resourceful and proactive in assisting customers to identify suitable products, along with effective time management and prioritization skills. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

  • Customer service / sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer experience
  • Self-starter, analytical, and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer order inquiries over the phone, e-mail and responding to chats on our website.
  • Work with customers by sharing product information.
  • Collaborate with our Sales department for special orders or projects.
  • Work with our marketing department to send out review copies.
  • Assist our customer service department as needed.
  • Perform related and/or special work as assigned.
