Requirements
- Able to Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- 2-4 years prior experience required, industry experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Represent our commitment to excellence by ensuring every interaction begins on a positive, professional note.
- Reviews and determines final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests.
- Quotes prices for special doors and coordinates special product orders with plant personnel.
- Maintains relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications.
- Supports on-boarding of new customers.
- Understanding of Returns and Allowances.
