Our business provides a broad range of home inspection services to include: building inspections, radon testing, sewer lateral inspections, gas mechanical inspections, wood destroying insect inspections and mold sampling. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. This role blends customer care with a strong service-based sales component - ideal for someone who enjoys educating clients, building trust, and helping them make confident decisions. The right candidate is not only focused on providing excellent service, but also plays a key role in guiding clients through their options and helping them understand the value of the services we offer. This candidate will ideally possess the following: Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills Great active listening skills Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking abilities Confidence discussing service options and navigating value-based conversations Ability to read client needs and provide thoughtful, well-matched recommendations Comfortability working in fast-paced environments Capability to learn software systems relatively easily Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must be available to work 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday

Nice To Haves

  • Background in real estate or previous real estate knowledge is helpful
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Scheduling inspections with clients, real estate agents and third-party vendors
  • Guiding clients through our service offerings and helping them choose the package that best suits their Customer Service Representative needs
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional services
  • Following up on open quotes, tentative bookings, and call-backs to assist clients in completing their inspection request
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with clients
  • Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments
  • Following company processes accurately and efficiently
