We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. This role blends customer care with a strong service-based sales component - ideal for someone who enjoys educating clients, building trust, and helping them make confident decisions. The right candidate is not only focused on providing excellent service, but also plays a key role in guiding clients through their options and helping them understand the value of the services we offer. This candidate will ideally possess the following: Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills Great active listening skills Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking abilities Confidence discussing service options and navigating value-based conversations Ability to read client needs and provide thoughtful, well-matched recommendations Comfortability working in fast-paced environments Capability to learn software systems relatively easily Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word
