This position is ideal for someone who: Stays calm and professional during stressful conversations Communicates clearly and confidently Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment Pays close attention to detail Can handle upset customers with empathy and professionalism Is comfortable working on the phone for much of the day What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Representative, you will: Represent Natran professionally in every interaction Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages Schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments based on technician routes and customer needs Resolve customer concerns following department procedures Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date customer records by thoroughly documenting all interactions in the CRM system. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch quickly between phone conversations, scheduling tools, and account documentation.
