Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience with outbound sales calling in a call center setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide a conversation
  • Confidence handling objections and asking for the next step
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs and Sheets
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule service, follow up on estimates, and create new opportunities
  • Turn both inbound and outbound conversations into booked appointments
  • Guide customers to the next step with confidence and clarity
  • Operate in a structured call center with clear expectations around call volume and booking performance
  • Manage multiple tasks while staying organized, accurate, and responsive
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose
  • Build trust with customers and handle concerns with confidence
  • Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service
  • Work closely with dispatch and leadership to keep schedules running smoothly
