This role blends technical understanding, problem‑solving, and hospitality to support owners and prospective customers throughout their journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, automotive, EV, luxury retail, or tech environments.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries with patience, clarity, and empathy.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital tools, and fast‑changing technology.
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and premium customer experiences.
  • A background check may be required during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person interactions at Lucid Studios.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, service appointments, and ownership questions.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a luxury‑brand tone and experience.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments with Service Centers and Mobile Service teams.
  • Track service cases, follow up proactively, and ensure customers feel informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Lucid vehicles, software features, charging infrastructure, and the EV ecosystem in Germany.
  • Capture customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to improve processes, product quality, and overall experience.
  • Represent the Lucid brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
