Victaulic, founded in 1919, is a global leader in grooved mechanical pipe joining and flow control solutions. As a customer care representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail, enter customer orders, and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. You will use an AS400 based system and web-based applications, provide assistance to the outside sales team, and work with supply chain and distribution partners. This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
