About The Position

Connect Hearing Canada is seeking a Customer Care Representative for their Oakville clinic. This role is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The Customer Care Representative will provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, manage client accounts, work with insurance companies for billing, and assist with minor device repairs. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience or willingness to work on and reconciling accounts receivable

  • Availability to travel to other clinics

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
  • Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
  • Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  • Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs
