Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer knowledge
Works well in a team environment
Sound and timely decision making and composure under pressure
Detail oriented with an ability to enter orders accurately and efficiently and deliver only the highest service to Edge’s customers in a timely manner
Decision making and problem solving skills when taking incoming calls
As part of the employment criteria, individuals need to meet company criminal check requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

Experience in call centre or related environment preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of calls and emails
Handle, research and resolve customer inquiries
Complete order and data entry accurately
Maintain a high level of consistent customer service and professionalism for both our school/sport league administrators and students/parents.
Fast and accurate turnaround on orders and one touch resolution
Other duties as assigned
