About The Position

Position Summary: The Customer Maintenance / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, performing data entry, and supporting sales efforts through outbound calls. This is an inside position that requires strong communication skills and prior experience in customer service or sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data entry and CRM systems preferred
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with customers
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage customer accounts and relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer information
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and support sales efforts
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
• Support internal teams with customer-related information
