This role also involves performing clerical functions to support quality pharmacy services, coordinating patient care with medical and pharmacy staff, and offering courteous, compassionate, and reliable services. The specialist will identify and communicate issues to the Pharmacy Supervisor, represent the organization positively, and maintain patient confidentiality. This position requires extended standing or walking and adherence to ethical business practices.
