Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Customer Care Representative to join our family-oriented team. As a primary liaison for our customers, you are the engine of our administrative process. Your mission is to ensure every job is prepared with proficiency and accuracy, from the initial selections/purchase order entry to the final schedule. You are ensuring our field teams have the right information to succeed and our clients receive a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries with professional poise, ensuring every interaction is handled with the speed and empathy required to maintain elite customer satisfaction
  • Orchestrate project scheduling and service paperwork with a high degree of accuracy to ensure all technical details are captured correctly the first time and within company guidelines
  • Audit customer purchase orders and collaborate with the customer & Accounting department to resolve discrepancies before work begins
  • Facilitate seamless communication with the Field Department, ensuring all job specs and site-specific details are accurately relayed to reach our 1 st visit completion
  • Ensure accuracy in CRM data management, capturing detailed client interactions and job updates to streamline communication across the team
  • Provide flexible administrative support to the Customer Care team, ensuring departmental goals are met during peak volumes
