We’re looking for a motivated, upbeat, detail-driven Customer Care Coordinator to help guide our customers through one of the most exciting upgrades they’ll make to their home. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a key after-hours support role that keeps our customer experience moving. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll ensure homeowners are scheduled quickly and accurately after a sale, helping create a smooth transition to the next phase of their project. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication and accuracy matter. Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and organizational.
  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
  • The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • A calm, friendly, solution-focused approach with customers.
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn scheduling/CRM platforms (such as rForce and Salesforce).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale has been completed.
  • Serving as the main point of coordination between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.
  • Scheduling in-home Measure Technician appointments with homeowners.
  • Receiving and processing scheduling requests from Design Consultants in the field.
  • Communicating with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details.
  • Entering and updating scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce.
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
  • Ensuring clear communication between sales and operations teams.
  • Supporting timely scheduling during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Helping ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation planning.
