About The Position

Serenity is building a team focused on creating supportive experiences that help people feel encouraged, confident, and empowered in their personal growth. They are hiring Customer Care Coaches who enjoy connecting with others and creating positive, supportive environments. No specialized background is required as training will be provided. This role is for individuals with 2+ years of professional work experience, a strong work ethic, and who enjoy helping people feel heard and supported.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people-focused attitude
  • Clear communication skills both in person and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with individuals throughout the day
  • Guide participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Help individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-building
  • Prepare daily plans to help participants get the most value from each session
  • Track progress and update internal records so the team stays aligned
  • Create a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supported
