About The Position

American Bank is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and building relationships with customers over the phone and through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years of call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and perform transactions including by not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments both over the phone and through an ITM
  • Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs
  • Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions
  • Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer online banking issues
  • Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
