The role also reviews daily reports and performs payment balancing and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. The Customer Care Associate provides day‑to‑day contracted services supporting municipal parking permit programs by accurately processing permit renewals, new applications, and related transactions through Trellint systems. This role maintains and updates permit and customer records, ensures timely fulfillment of permits submitted online or by mail, reviews daily processing and exception reports, and performs payment balancing and reconciliation activities in accordance with client‑defined business rules, service levels, and financial controls. The position also requires strong customer service skills, including clear communication with clients and customers to resolve inquiries, address account or system issues, and support overall program satisfaction. In addition to routine processing, the associate may support special projects such as order management, data cleanup, or process improvements, requiring strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage high‑volume operational work in a client‑focused environment.
