About The Position

The Account Support Representative (Customer Care Associate) is responsible for building trusting customer relationships and supporting pre-assigned key accounts throughout the entire order-to-cash cycle.

1-3 successful years in a customer facing role
All candidates must successfully complete a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Provide account management support to pre-assigned key accounts.
Secures orders and generates sales of products and services.
Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
Champion the customer experience for the full order to cash cycle.
Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy for shipping and billing.
Execute proactive techniques to keep customers engaged.
Partner with the outbound sales team on complex opportunities.
Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly.
Proactively manage order delays, back orders and any other order related issues.
Collaborate with Operations for special requests.
Other duties as assigned.
