As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for delivering superior experiences to our customers by phone, email, and text. Specifically, these inquiries will be about our Auto Insurance product. You will use critical thinking skills and computer navigational abilities to solve customer problems in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
