About The Position

The Customer Care Associate is a key support role that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with Advertising Directors, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, and our Creative Design and Production teams to help bring marketing solutions to life for local businesses. This is a full-time position with remote flexibility within the FCC footprint of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - we’re looking for clear, confident, and professional!
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects while staying open to new challenges and shifting priorities.
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment without losing attention to detail.
  • Confident using computers and learning new tools and systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy isn’t optional - it’s essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a helpful, can-do attitude are required.

Nice To Haves

  • A basic understanding of print and digital advertising products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Advertising Directors and Multimedia Account Managers as they create and sell smart, effective marketing solutions for local businesses.
  • Prepare clear, organized support documentation for customized print and digital advertising options.
  • Compile demographic, display marketing, and other digital solution reports to help tell a client’s story through data.
  • Assist with client data entry to ensure that campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
