About The Position

This role involves managing customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and texts. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating loaner and valet services, assisting customers with check-in and check-out, and performing administrative tasks such as scanning and filing. The position requires a professional and enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Afternoon availability is a must.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced.
  • Afternoon availability is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with phones or customer service is preferred
  • Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and Make outbound calls
  • Scheduled appointments, Coordinate loaners and valet appointments
  • Greet, assist, and check-out service customers
  • Contact Customers via email, phone or text
  • Assist with other Cashier and call center duties, as assigned by the service director
  • Scanning and filing
