In this engaging hybrid role, Customer Care Agents combine cross-selling and retention efforts. As the only client-facing team, agents are responsible for cross-selling products across all three divisions of SelectQuote (Senior, Life, Auto & Home). They make outbound phone calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide members through the utilization of plan benefits. During peak times, agents also enroll clients in Medicare insurance products and facilitate the sale of Medicare plans. The position offers high earning potential, with a base pay plus commissions, averaging $50k annually in the first year and potentially reaching $65k or more for top agents after the first year, with unlimited commission potential. Agents are also eligible for various performance-based bonuses during training.
