Requirements

  • Interviews for this opportunity will be onsite at 6435 Flyers Way Frisco, TX 75033.
  • Required to use a wired headset
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
  • 1+ years' experience working with MS Office Suite
  • Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
  • Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Previous call center experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
  • Able to manage 30 to 50+ inbound customer service calls per day
