In this position... Reporting to the Ford Pro Billing Operations Manager, the Customer Billing Specialist supports all aspects of Ford Pro’s billing and invoicing processes. Key responsibilities include managing ad hoc billing tasks, performing data analysis, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and developing custom Excel-based invoicing solutions. The Customer Billing Specialist also helps oversee core billing operations, collections activities, and subscription management for Ford Pro’s expanding business portfolio. This role is a vital part of the Ford Pro Global Enablement Organization, ensuring customers receive an accurate, efficient, and seamless invoicing experience.
