About The Position
This role supports production by auditing assembly processes and products for quality. The Customer Assurance associate will initiate, implement, and complete data entry actions per Electrolux North America’s procedures and guidelines. The company is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time. The role is based in Springfield, TN, with working hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (height gage, micrometer, caliper, gap gauges, etc.) and application of engineering drawings.
- Able to stand for much of the shift.
- Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential daily quality support of statistical lab requirements.
- Test "end of line product" to assure products meet or exceed quality standards per the guidelines.
- Engage in daily proactive engagement and support with operations teams.
- Support Quality Department initiatives.
- Monitor, maintain, and communicate all quality-related issues and seek support on critical issues.
- Assist in quality improvement and problem-solving as needed.
